    He holds Masters degree in Business Leadership(finance), a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Health.

    He is former seasoned public service executive with over 25 years experience, including nine years as a Directror General of the Department of Employment and Labour and is accredited for improving the performance of the Depatment and its entities.

    Currently serving as the Chairman of Black Pride Capital, a boutique asset management company specialising in residential, commercial and industrial property services across South Africa.

    Mr. Thobile Lamati holds Masters degree in Business Leadership(finance), a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Health.

    His academic credentials also include Executive Development from Stellenbosch Business School, Investment Certificate from Fordham University in New York and Property Development and Investment from University of Cape Town.
